Program Specialist – CLAAs a Program Specialist – CLA, you'll oversee residential sites and support staff while ensuring high-quality care for individuals in the Community Living Arrangement (CLA) program. You'll play a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Support Plans (ISPs), helping individuals achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible.At St. Joseph's Center, you're part of a team that truly makes a difference.
