Fulltime: $130,000 - $175,000/Year

Phenomenal small family-owned company with $8MM revenue, everyone has being there 11+ years, you have 20+ year tenured people. They are full-service property management, development and leasing company located in Newark, Delaware. They currently own and manage over six million square feet of commercial retail, multi family, and residential space

.The person will report to the Director of operations, and VP of Real Estate 3 interviews and done ( 1st -30min teams interview, 2nd onsite interview with Director of Operations, Operations Lead, and VP of operations, 3rd with Owners of Company
