Employee Relations Specialist — HR & Compliance Advocate

Findlay Automotive Group is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to assist field dealerships and support the Human Resources Director with complex operational tasks, case statuses, and compliance matters. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, answering policy inquiries, coordinating inquiries and investigations, onboarding, and supporting recruitment and performance processes across multiple sites.
