Job Title: DevSecOps EngineerJob Category: EngineeringTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with PolygraphEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Local* * *The Opportunity:CACI is seeking a DevSecOps engineer to join our team and help us solve one of our customer’s toughest problems.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage secure virtual and cloud infrastructuresDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or other tools to automate the deployment processImplement and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes or other similar orchestration softwareImplement automated security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standardsMonitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issuesCollaborate with development, operations, and security teams to maximize the performance and comprehensiveness of the DevSecOps pipelineCreate and maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programsUse DevSecOps methodologies to identify constraints and employ creative solutions to break bottlenecks, improve processes, and create efficienciesSupport the development and implementation of backup and disaster recovery strategiesQualifications:Required:Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current TS/SCI with PolygraphBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience in systems engineering7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, DevSecOps Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer supporting classified DoW or Intelligence Community operationsExperience with automated configuration management using Puppet, Ansible, or similar tools within a CI/CD frameworkProficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation, diagnostics, and infrastructure lifecycle managementStrong understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and STIG compliance requirementsExperience performing vulnerability scanning using ACAS/Nessus and remediating findings to maintain ATO complianceAbility to work effectively in distributed, mission-focused teams and adapt to rapidly changing operational prioritiesDesired:Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman) in classified environmentsHands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD) supporting automated deploymentsFamiliarity with incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning for mission-critical systemsExperience with private or commercial cloud infrastructure supporting classified workloadsRelevant certifications: CompTIA Security+Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field (Master's or Ph.D.)-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
