About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to meet project goals.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in site preparation, grading, and excavation tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other trades on site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or excavation.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
