SH Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our multi‑unit residential communities in Milwaukee.
You’ll assist with leasing, compliance, resident relations, site operations, and prepare for inspections to help meet ownership goals.
The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma and 2–3 years of residential property management experience, plus knowledge of HUD, LIHTC and Fair Housing.
