Parts Counter Person

Job Title
Essential Duties:
- Sells parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop or over the phone.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Pulls and fills orders from stock.
- Makes key tags for vehicles.
- Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that may need immediate attention.
- Follows up on back-ordered parts.
- Recieves payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
- Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer.
- Ensures that all customers receive their copy of the invoice among other tasks assigned by the Parts Manager.

- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
- Saturdays 7:30am - 12:00pm
Ability To Commute/Relocate:
- Pampa, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Driver's License (Required)
