Details
- Outpatient physical therapy setting
- 5x8 day shift schedule, 40 hours per week
- 30-minute meal break with auto-deduction if not clocked out
- EMR system used: InSync
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active PT license required (compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment; full state license required upfront for South Carolina)
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting required
- One professional reference required
- SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Equipment details will be provided during the interview process
- Parking and dress code information will be provided on first day of assignment
- Facility requires completion of a virtual interview as part of the hiring process
- Candidates with prior perm/PRN employment at this facility within the past year are not eligible for rehire
- Candidates with prior travel or older perm/PRN history at this facility may be eligible for rehire pending verification
- Holiday weeks require 32 guaranteed worked hours
