Epiq's Advisory team is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual to join our team of legal operations experts in the role of Consultant/Senior Consultant. Epiq's Advisory group is well-known and recognized for our strong marketplace position, and we are looking for smart, resourceful and driven consultants in whom we can invest heavily to mentor and develop the future leaders of our profession.

The successful candidate will work directly with Epiq clients on a broad range of legal business, operational and performance management related projects.

Work experience should demonstrate driving clear "wins" - meaning, you should be able to walk us through a few examples of times when, had it not been for your existence, results would not have been delivered.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensuring high quality consulting services and project management capabilities.
• Assisting in solution development for client projects.
• Executing implementations and performing business requirements analysis, including but not limited to project plan development, process mapping, data analysis, data interpretation, communication plans, and storytelling.
• Synthesizing multiple sources of information, applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns and drawing and defending conclusions.
• Collaborating effectively across the project team.
• Delivering tasks and workstreams on time through proactive communication and prompt escalation of issues.
• Crafting a presentation story line and creating compelling visuals that demonstrate it.
• Building and maintaining strong internal and client relationships.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Big 4 Consulting or similar experience preferred.
• 2+ years of legal operations consulting and/or legal technology implementation experience preferred.
• Excellent project and deadline management skills.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and general purpose GenAI technologies.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment. Business travel is infrequent but may be necessary based on internal need and/or client request, typically amounting to less than 10% of the role.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

• Location-based market rate for the role.
• Your abilities in relation to the job specification.
• Performance during screening and interview.
• Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
