Type of Opportunity: Full time Job Exempt: Yes Job is based: Plains Regional Medical Center Work Shift: Weekday Schedule Monday-Friday (United States of America) Responsibilities: Lead daily Food Services operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service. Supervise, coach, and develop team members. Ensure compliance with food safety, infection prevention, and organizational policies. Support employee onboarding, training, and ongoing education. Monitor department performance and implement quality improvements. Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair. Maintain departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards. Assist with budget management and resource utilization. Collaborate with leaders to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Maintain accurate department records and operational systems. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree, certification, vocational training, or higher education in a related field preferred. Three to five years of leadership or management experience required; healthcare or food service management experience preferred.
