Litigation Attorney

Successful, A-V rated Napa Valley law firm with diverse practice that includes civil litigation, construction, real estate, business law, and estate planning hiring full-time associate attorney to join our team. At Murphy Logan & Roades-Brown, you will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility immediately and manage multiple cases from initial consultation through all stages of litigation. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions and discovery and work in a collaborative environment.

The monthly billable requirement for this position is 130 hours.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000

Qualifications:

* J.D. degree from an accredited law school
* Admission to the State Bar of California
* 3 + years of litigation experience
* Trial or arbitration experience
