You will support technical leadership, space mission integration, flight operations, and issue resolution for classified mission programs in the National Capital Region.We are seeking a SETA Space Support Lead to provide mid-to-senior level technical and operational leadership in a SCIF environment. The ideal candidate has active TS/SCI with Polygraph, Intelligence Community experience, and a technical background in aerospace, astronautics, electrical engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a related discipline. This role requires a strong understanding of IC space architecture, flight operations, and space integration involving electro-optical, infrared, and spectral systems.ResponsibilitiesProvide SETA space mission support to government customers across technical, operational, integration, and program execution activitiesLead or support technical coordination for IC space architecture, flight operations, and mission integration activitiesSupport space integration involving electro-optical, infrared, and spectral systems, including coordination across mission, ground, payload, and operations stakeholdersAssess technical issues, mission risks, integration challenges, and operational constraints affecting classified space programsProactively identify issues, develop courses of action, coordinate with stakeholders, and support implementation through resolutionApply technical expertise in aerospace, astronautics, electrical engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field to evaluate mission needs, system performance, and integration approachesCoordinate with government, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, industry, and mission partner teams in classified environmentsSupport mission planning, flight operations, system integration, technical interchange meetings, readiness reviews, and operational decision forumsDevelop technical briefings, white papers, issue papers, COA recommendations, decision materials, and leadership updatesMaintain awareness of operational schedules, integration dependencies, system constraints, and mission prioritiesWork in a SCIF environment and support mission priorities in the National Capital RegionRequired QualificationsActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph10+ years of relevant experience supporting Intelligence Community, Department of War, national security, space, or technical mission programsPrior Intelligence Community experienceAbility to work in a SCIFTechnical background in aerospace engineering, astronautical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a related technical disciplineUnderstanding of Intelligence Community space architectureExperience supporting IC flight operationsExperience supporting space integration activities involving electro-optical, infrared, and spectral systemsDemonstrated ability to identify technical or operational issues, develop courses of action, coordinate across stakeholders, and support implementation through resolutionStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to develop high-quality technical products, briefings, and recommendations for senior government stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced, classified mission environment with multiple priorities and time-sensitive requirements#qinetiqclearedjobPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Astronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM disciplineExperience supporting space, airborne, ISR, national technical means, or classified mission programsExperience supporting mission integration, ground integration, payload integration, operational readiness reviews, mission rehearsals, or technical interchange meetingsExperience coordinating across government, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, industry, and mission partner teamsFamiliarity with mission assurance, systems engineering, test and evaluation, operations analysis, or anomaly resolution in classified environmentsPay TransparencyThe salary range for this role is  $150,000 - $200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
