This physician leader will partner with hospital administration, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing quality, safety, operational efficiency, and physician engagement. The Inpatient Medical Director will play a key role in developing clinical initiatives, promoting evidence-based practices, supporting quality improvement efforts, and fostering a collaborative culture among providers and hospital leadership.
