Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need. We offer weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 7:00 am to 3:30 pm CST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted onsite. Primary Responsibilities: Manage the flow of incoming mail by sorting, opening, reviewing, scanning, and ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate business units. Prepare and process outgoing mail by calculating, applying, and verifying postage for accurate and efficient distribution. Maintain detailed and organized records of postage usage, registered mail, and package tracking to support operational accuracy. Take on a variety of responsibilities within the mail clerk role, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age OR older Basic experience with computer and Windows personal computer applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications Must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including frequent lifting, carrying, walking, standing, bending, and reaching Ability to work onsite at 115 W Wausau Ave, Wausau, WI 54401 Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday.
