Assist Regional Vice President (RVP) with special projects. Ensuring customer satisfaction through the property team and resolving resident concerns, when necessary. Owner Liaison – Enhancing relationships with partners, agencies and other entities and maximizing financial performance. Adhering to all guidelines within all applicable government programs (for affordable properties). Performing quarterly file audits and ensuring discrepancies are corrected. Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials. Monitor, coordinate and prepare all financial data. Qualifications 4-year degree or (4+ years) commensurate experience in the multi-family industry in a supervisory role HUD, Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, and EIV experience Experience using RealPage/OneSite products and MS Office. Ability to travel extensively to both local and nationwide locations as necessary. CAM, CAPS and CPM (or willing to obtain) Certification Preferred Qualifications Experience with MCR and REAC Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually plus bonuses *The base range may be adjusted based on specific location of the applicant. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Candidates will be required to successfully complete a background screening and drug test.
