Sales ManagerThe Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing outside and inside salespeople selling HVAC, plumbing, and generator installations. Primary responsibility is to ensure revenue and gross margin percentage are met in the HVAC installation department. Review every sales call to ensure sales process is followed.Duties & ResponsibilitiesUse sales call quality worksheet to assign a grade to every proposal.Review with General Manager each week.
