Now Hiring: Bartender/Mixologist, Server-Hostess, Hookah Chef & Support Staff

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our Front-of-House team. This versatile role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about guest service, nightlife, and creating exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Bartending & Mixology

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to presentation

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, ingredients, and cocktail preparation techniques

• Deliver engaging and professional guest interactions

• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bar stations

• Assist with developing and executing specialty cocktail offerings

Hookah Preparation & Service

• Prepare, assemble, and present premium hookah products according to venue standards

• Maintain knowledge of hookah flavors, blends, equipment, and preparation techniques

• Ensure hookahs are prepared safely, consistently, and efficiently

• Monitor hookah quality throughout service and respond promptly to guest requests

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain hookah equipment and service areas

• Recommend flavor combinations and provide guests with an elevated hookah experience

Guest Service & Hosting

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and create a positive first impression

• Manage guest seating, reservations, and waitlists efficiently

• Provide attentive table service and respond promptly to guest needs

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow

• Maintain an elevated level of hospitality throughout the guest experience

Support Staff & Operations

• Assist with restocking liquor, glassware, ice, garnishes, hookah supplies, and venue inventory

• Ensure bar, lounge, restroom, and common areas remain clean and presentable

• Handle trash removal, spill cleanup, and general venue upkeep

• Support bartenders, servers, and management during peak service periods

• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending, mixology, serving, hosting, hookah preparation, or hospitality preferred

• Knowledge of hookah setup, maintenance, and flavor profiles is a plus

• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

• Ability to remain composed and energetic in a fast-paced environment
