Counter Sales Associate Join Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group , a fast-growing HVACR distributor where customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork drive success. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Counter Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Greet and assist customers in finding the right HVAC products
- Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and application
- Provide timely, professional support for customer inquiries and concerns
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Provide accurate inventory availability information
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Generate new and repeat business through strong product knowledge
- Provide pricing, quotes, discounts, and tax calculations
- Upsell additional products and solutions when appropriate
- Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to drive additional business
- Assist customers with basic HVAC product and application questions
- Refer more complex technical issues to TSA or appropriate team members
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining organized inventory
- Support general administrative tasks (data entry, filing, phone/email support)
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions

- Basic computer and software proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical counter/warehouse tasks
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
- HVAC industry experience
