They will provide coaching to associate in conflict resolution with tact and in alignment with company policies and procedures.* The Team Leader will be expected to lead the team by example and will employee communication in Tier meetings as needed.* The Team Leader is a member of the Temple Emergency Response Team (T.E.R.T) and will be trained and expected to respond in emergency situations.
