ServiceNow Architect

Hybrid Position - 3 Days a Week Onsite Only Local Candidates Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization strategies on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Drive automation, workflow improvements, and orchestration across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security through robust design and governance practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities, plugins, and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Contribute to strategic technology roadmaps and participate in technical design reviews.
