Respiratory Therapist

Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients, ensuring optimal respiratory health and clinical outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based care and monitor patient progress.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients respiratory conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including ventilator management and aerosol treatments.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and safety protocols.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Respiratory Therapist license and certification.
• Possess 2+ years of relevant Respiratory Therapist experience.
• Demonstrate prior travel therapy experience (preferred).
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
