Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including supervising warehouse staff and maintaining a clean, organized facility. Coordinate and execute material deliveries to job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service. Receive, inspect, and track incoming freight and materials, while maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular inventory counts. Manage company tools, equipment, and vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs. Coordinate special warehouse projects and support field teams with material and equipment needs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and support building and property maintenance. Communicate regularly with project managers and superintendents to align warehouse activities with project requirements. Prepare and submit timely reports and serve as a backup driver as needed for company deliveries.

• Experience managing tool, equipment, and material inventory.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, driving, and warehouse management.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• Understanding of construction tools and acoustical materials preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English preferred.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.

The role is based in a small warehouse setting, requiring the use of hand and power tools. The environment is dynamic, and tasks may involve physical activities such as lifting, climbing, and carrying materials. Work hours may extend to nights and weekends as required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Redmond,WA.
