Production Associate

Katy Spring & Mfg., Inc. is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production position working with smaller metal parts and springs to complete a variety of finishing and secondary operations. Responsibilities Perform a variety of production operations including bending, trimming, hand-winding, punch press work, and pre-setting Use hand tools, fixtures, presses, and other production equipment safely Inspect parts for proper bends, hooks, welds, dimensions, and overall quality Use basic measuring and inspection tools Follow job travelers, work instructions, and customer specifications Count parts accurately and complete required production reporting Identify quality issues and notify the supervisor or quality team when needed Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements What We're Looking For Dependable with good attendance Detail-oriented and able to work accurately with smaller parts Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Able to count accurately and follow written and verbal instructions Willing to learn multiple production processes Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Able to communicate basic work-related information in English Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required Schedule Full-Time 1st and 2nd Shift Opportunities Available Benefits Katy Spring & Mfg., Inc. offers a competitive benefits package, including: Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Company-paid life insurance Paid holidays Opportunities for training and advancement Why Join Katy Spring?
