Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the shop to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, honest, and helpful.

Manage the scheduling of repairs, parts procurement, and workflow to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

Provide transparent, detailed estimates and service recommendations to our clients.

Foster a positive shop culture by supporting the growth and development of our technicians.

Maintain high standards of facility cleanliness and professional presentation.

Handle customer concerns with patience and a genuine desire to find a fair resolution.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service management or a leadership role within a similar repair facility.

Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and diagnostic procedures.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience utilizing shop management software and digital inspection tools.

Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers clearly.

Comfort leading and mentoring a team of technicians.
