About the Role

Champion & Nash is hiring an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team in Houston, TX. In this role, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, perform repairs and installations, and help homeowners protect one of the most important systems in their homes.

You'll represent Champion & Nash as a trusted professional in the community while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Perform plumbing inspections, maintenance services, repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners.
• Provide honest solutions that help customers make informed decisions about their plumbing needs.
• Maintain accurate job documentation using company systems and technology.
• Deliver a professional customer experience while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and job management software.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to continued growth in the trade.
• Valid driver's license.

Working Conditions

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions.
• Ability to routinely lift and move 50+ pounds.
