The Retail Sales Consultant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance within a retail environment. Reporting directly to the Store Manager and working as part of a sales team, this position focuses on engaging customers, showcasing products effectively, and supporting overall store success. The role occasionally requires travel to other stores and frequent travel for out-of-store events, offering opportunities for personal growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Present and demonstrate products to highlight features and benefits
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance product displays

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail sales
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and point of sale (POS) systems
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
