Front Desk Agent
Fairfield Inn & Suites is looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll help create a great stay by welcoming visitors, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and quickly resolving questions. If you enjoy customer service, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule Type: Full-time and Part-time

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during arrival and departure
- Check guests in and out accurately, including processing payments and issuing room keys
- Handle reservations and maintain up-to-date guest records
- Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns with a positive attitude
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support smooth, comfortable stays
