Description
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, troubleshooting, and helping people resolve everyday technical questions.
Previous technical support experience is not required. Training and onboarding are provided for qualified candidates who are comfortable learning new technology, systems, and processes.Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional technical assistance to customers and users.
Entry-level applicants are welcome. Basic computer and internet skills. Comfortable learning new software and technology. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Patient, professional, and customer-focused approach. Ability to explain technical information in simple, easy-to-understand language. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and appropriate work-from-home setup. What We Offer
