Responsibilities Represent clients in workers’ compensation defense matters Handle subrogation and related defense work Defense of wrongful termination and other employment-related matters Address serious and willful defense cases Defense of professional athlete injuries and related claims Manages workers’ compensation fraud claims and insurance coverage issues Involve Longshore and Harbor workers’ compensation matters where applicable Qualifications Licensed attorney in California Experience in workers’ compensation defense, subrogation, and related areas is preferred Additional information Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer and conducts background checks as required.
