Business Analyst (AI)

Responsibilities

Coordinate AimSG activities at BSS Reading Centres.
Provide first-line support to BSS users for AimSG platform and workflow matters.
Act as the main point of contact between BSS users, AimSG programme, and AI model vendors.
Conduct AI usage training for relevant BSS staff.
Monitor and analyse basic AI model performance.
Support BSS workflow, including reporting, rostering, study checking, and AI results transcription.
Provide coverage support for other Reading Centres when required.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree or Diploma in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
IT/Computer Science background preferred.
Experience or knowledge in IT, Healthcare, or HealthTech is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to coordinate with clinicians, hospital staff, and vendors.
Able to work independently, be proactive, and seek support when needed.
