What You'll Do

• Manage outpatient hematology and oncology cases for adult patients
• Conduct new patient consults and follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using Epic EMR
• Provide diagnosis, treatment plans, and ongoing patient management
• Participate in patient education and support services
• Contribute to a patient-centered, team-oriented environment

What You Need

Required:

• Valid medical license in Kentucky or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in hematology and oncology outpatient settings
• Strong clinical skills in adult patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Prior experience with Epic EMR
• Experience in a hospital and clinic setting
