About the Job:

General Dentist Opportunity – Hartford and Rocky Hill, CT. ($50k Sign on Bonus)

Passion Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, high-performing practices in Rocky Hill and Hartford. This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys a variety of cases, strong clinical support, and consistent patient flow across two busy locations.

Position Highlights:

• Split between Rocky Hill and Hartford.
• Fully staffed, efficient teams with strong hygiene support.
• Established patient base with steady new patient flow.
• Modern technology and well-equipped operatories.

Compensation & Earnings:

• Competitive compensation structure (base + 35% adjusted production).
• Strong daily production opportunities with high earning potential.
• Consistent schedule to support predictable income growth.

Clinical Scope:

• Bread-and-butter dentistry (restorative, crowns, bridges, fillings).
• Opportunities to expand into more advanced procedures based on experience and interest.
• Supported referrals for specialty cases when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS/DMD licensed (or eligible) in CT.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and case presentation ability.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient experience.

Schedule Options:

• Full-time preferred.
• Part-time considered.
• Flexible scheduling across both locations.
