As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with a professional AV background to lead the day-to-day operations of our Conroe facility and ensure every piece of equipment, vehicle, and material is organized, maintained, and ready for deployment. The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both warehouse operations and professional AV equipment. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, equipment preparation, load-outs, returns, inventory, shipping and receiving, fleet coordination, and facility readiness. You will work closely with Production Managers, department leads, and company leadership to ensure crews have the right equipment, in the right condition, at the right time. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an AV production, integration, installation, rental, or live-event environment and understands how important equipment preparation and organization are to successful projects. This is a full-time, exempt position based in Conroe, TX, with work performed primarily at Verum's warehouse and facility. What You'll Do Warehouse Leadership & Operations Manage daily warehouse operations including gear preparation, load-outs, returns, equipment maintenance, and organization Coordinate with Production Managers and department leads to ensure accurate and timely equipment pulls Oversee warehouse staff and production crew members, establishing clear expectations for performance, organization, and accountability Train team members on warehouse procedures, equipment handling, safety practices, and company standards Maintain accurate inventory records, warehouse documentation, and logistics schedules Develop organizational systems that maximize warehouse space and provide efficient access to equipment Ensure equipment is properly labeled, stored, protected, and ready for deployment Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment Equipment Maintenance & Readiness Inspect returned equipment and identify damaged, missing, or improperly maintained gear Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs when appropriate Tag and report damaged equipment and coordinate repairs or replacement as needed Ensure equipment is tested, organized, and show-ready before leaving the warehouse Work with production and installation teams to identify recurring equipment or workflow issues Maintain high standards for equipment presentation, organization, and reliability Inventory, Shipping & Receiving Track and manage inventory using Rentman or similar warehouse management software Oversee shipping and receiving for production equipment, rentals, purchases, and materials Verify incoming equipment and materials against purchase orders, packing lists, and shipping documentation Maintain accurate records of equipment movement between the warehouse, project sites, and events Coordinate equipment returns and ensure all gear is accounted for after each project Identify inventory shortages and communicate purchasing needs to leadership Custom Fabrication & Equipment Support Apply basic woodworking and fabrication skills to build and maintain custom road cases, racks, shelves, and equipment storage solutions Support the design and construction of practical storage and transportation solutions for AV equipment Collaborate with leadership on warehouse layout, materials, workflow improvements, and storage efficiency Maintain fabricated cases and components to Verum's standards for quality, durability, and professional presentation Operate or learn to operate CNC and other shop equipment as required Fleet & Facility Oversight Coordinate maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles Schedule inspections, oil changes, repairs, and routine vehicle service Maintain vehicle readiness for production and installation crews Support building maintenance, supply restocking, and general facility readiness Maintain appropriate documentation for vehicle inspections and maintenance Ensure warehouse and fleet operations follow applicable safety and DOT requirements Help maintain a safe working environment for employees, crews, and visitors Compensation Base Salary: $50,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Health insurance Short-term disability coverage Paid time off Paid holidays Professional development and training opportunities Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Qualifications Required: Prior professional Audio Visual experience 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, AV production, AV installation, or a related operational environment Experience working with professional AV equipment Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day warehouse operations Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accountability Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Basic woodworking, carpentry, or fabrication skills Experience with inventory or warehouse management software such as Rentman or similar platforms Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for safety, organization, and quality Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle and DOT requirements Preferred Forklift experience or certification Professional AV production or integration experience Live event production warehouse experience Commercial AV equipment management Equipment rental operations Fleet and vehicle coordination Road case construction and repair Basic electrical, AV, or technical equipment troubleshooting CNC operation and fabrication Inventory management and asset tracking Experience coordinating multiple crews and simultaneous projects Why Join Verum AV Solutions?
