As a Crew Member at Jack in the Box, you’ll play a key role in delivering the bold flavors and fast, friendly service our guests love. Whether you’re taking orders, preparing food, or keeping the restaurant running smoothly, you’ll be part of a family-owned franchise where respect, teamwork, and inclusion come first.

What You’ll DoWelcome guests and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
Take orders at the front counter and drive-thru
Prepare menu items according to Jack in the Box quality and safety standards
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
Work as a team to meet service goals during busy periods
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn — no prior experience required
Ability to work well in a team environment
Dependability and punctuality
Commitment to treating coworkers and guests with respect
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible scheduling (great for students and first jobs)
