Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of donuts according to established recipes and techniques.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality before use.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, mixers, and ovens.
- Decorate donuts with glazes, toppings, and fillings to create visually appealing products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking special orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth food production operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in donut making IS REQUIRED
- Overnight Shift IS REQUIRED M-Th 2AM-8:00AM and 2am-10am on Fri/Sat
- Future Day of Sunday is also required to work with schedule adjusting
- Familiarity with baking techniques and pastry preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for baking and creating delicious treats is essential.
