J ob Summary

Supports mobile clinic patients by helping them understand, apply for, and maintain financial assistance, insurance coverage, and public benefits. Reduce financial barriers to care by providing on-site navigation, education, and follow-up support in community settings. Must be willing and able to travel to multiple sites.

Job Requirements

M inimum Education Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training in health navigation, social services, or benefits counseling preferred. Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Covered California, CalFresh, SSI/SSDI, and local assistance programs preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Experience assisting individuals with public benefits, insurance enrollment, or financial navigation. Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Basic computer/data entry skills.
