365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nocturnist Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Troy, New York.

Position Snapshot

• Base Salary: $332,800
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000
• Schedule: 7-on / 7-off
• Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Schedule & Coverage Model

• 7 consecutive nights on, followed by 7 days off
• 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Weekends included within scheduled rotation
• No additional call requirements

This model provides excellent schedule predictability and work-life balance.

Practice Environment

• Established hospitalist program
• Closed ICU (managed by ICU team)
• APP support integrated into care team
• Epic EMR
• Physician-friendly, collaborative culture

Average daily census: 15-18 patients per physician

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide overnight inpatient care
• Admit and manage hospitalized patients
• Respond to rapid responses and codes
• Collaborate with ICU team (no ICU management required)
• No required procedures
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Clean malpractice and license history

Open to 2026 graduates, early-career, and experienced physicians .
