Must-Have Skills/Experience: Cardiology or IMC experience preferred.

Description: This position is within a 198-bed, level III trauma facility. The facility provides healthcare to a diverse region. Services include medical, surgical, and rehabilitation care. There is a childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, and pediatric unit. An inpatient behavioral health unit and day surgery center are also available. Extensive imaging and lab testing services are offered. The facility has been recognized with various awards for excellence. Located in a picturesque river valley, the area features numerous outdoor activities. Travelers have access to hiking, kayaking, and historical sightseeing. Experience in an IMC or Cardiac Care environment is preferred. Common diagnoses include STEMI, Non-STEMI, stroke, and post-cath care. Patient ratios are well-defined for both day and night shifts. Standard monitoring equipment and IV pumps are available. The patient population includes adult to geriatric age groups. Floating to other units may be required as needed.
