Job Title: Maintenance Tech(Facilities) Location: Liberty, MO (near 210 & 291) Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 per year Job Description LSI Staffing is looking fora Facilities Maintenance Tech. In this role, you will assist in maintenance operations within a manufacturing or industrial facility, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and system‑related work is completed safely and efficiently. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering long‑term stability and the chance to make an immediate impact. You will work with a team to coordinate projects, and help keep the facility running smoothly to support production and safety goals. Key Responsibilities Maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Promoting safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including HVAC, low and high voltage electrical systems, and industrial machinery. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve issues. Coordinate projects such as PLC upgrades, electrical panel installations, and automation improvements. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols. Collaborate with management on facility improvements, energy efficiency, and operational strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities or industrial maintenance. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and electrical systems (low and high voltage). Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents. Familiarity with CMMS systems for maintenance tracking and planning. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in English.
