# Marketing Project ManagerApply**Job#: 3043872****Job Description:**Marketing Project Manager**Location:** New Orleans, LA (Onsite)Role OverviewWe are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to support a fast-paced marketing organization. This individual will oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. This role is a backfill for a departing teammate on a team of three, supporting marketing managers who are driving marketing assets to completion.Key Responsibilities* Manage 30–50 concurrent marketing projects from initiation through completion.* Coordinate project timelines, tasks, assignments, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.* Lead project meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up activities.* Track project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.* Facilitate collaboration between marketing, creative, data, analytics, agencies, and other business partners.* Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain project workflows and processes.* Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status updates.* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.* Support multiple marketing teams ("Pods") and adapt to changing priorities.Required Qualifications* A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency with project management software such as Adobe Workfront, Monday, JIRA, or Asana.* Experience in a marketing, advertising, agency, or creative services environment.* Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications* Mortgage, lending, or banking industry experience is a significant plus.* Background supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives and campaigns.* Experience with Adobe Workfront is helpful but not required. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
