Consumer Performance Lead

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Consumer Performance Lead in Boca Raton, FL.Roles and Responsibilities:E-Commerce Revenue Ownership:* Own overall digital commerce performance, including revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and emerging commerce channels* Develop and execute growth initiatives across merchandising, digital marketing, and user experience* Monitor business performance and adjust strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goalsSite Experience & Merchandising:* Lead site merchandising strategy, category organization, product placement, and promotional execution* Improve product discovery, navigation, and merchandising across all digital customer touchpoints* Optimize customer journeys using behavioral data and performance insights* Partner with customer experience teams to improve product detail pages (PDPs), merchandising content, and conversion performanceContent & Digital Experience:* Oversee homepage, landing page, and category page strategy aligned with commercial and brand priorities* Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver consistent messaging across digital channels* Develop content strategies that improve product education, customer engagement, and conversionMarketing & Traffic Strategy:* Serve as the primary e-commerce partner for performance marketing, retention marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media teams* Ensure acquisition campaigns align with merchandising priorities and promotional calendars* Own landing page strategy and optimization for paid media, affiliate initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns* Partner with internal stakeholders and agency teams to optimize acquisition, retention, and affiliate performanceAI & Emerging Commerce:* Lead the organization's AI roadmap for direct-to-consumer commerceRequirementsE-Commerce Leadership:* 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or direct-to-consumer business environments* Proven success owning and growing digital commerce revenue at scaleShopify Expertise:* Deep hands-on experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus environmentsDigital Marketing:* Experience leading or partnering with performance marketing teams across paid media channels, including Google, Meta, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing* Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRM, and retention strategiesConversion Optimization:* Demonstrated success leading A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) programsAI & Digital Innovation:* Practical experience deploying AI solutions within digital commerce environments* Familiarity with conversational AI, agentic commerce, AI search optimization, and emerging shopping technologiesCore Competencies:* Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities* Revenue-focused mindset with commercial acumen* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills* Expertise in digital merchandising and customer experience optimization* Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management* Strong project management and prioritization abilities* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills* AI-fluent with experience leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI vendor evaluation* Adaptability within fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentsJob TypeContractCompensation100 - $100
