Pediatric - Rehabilitation Physician

Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the Motor Control team and deliver comprehensive rehabilitation care for children with complex tone, movement and functional challenges

Responsibilities
•Provide medical leadership and oversight for the Motor Control Program at Scottish Rite for Children.
•Evaluate and manage children with cerebral palsy, spasticity, dystonia and other complex movement disorders.
•Develop individualized rehabilitation and tone-management strategies in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.
•Perform pediatric rehabilitation procedures, including botulinum toxin injections and baclofen pump management, as appropriate.
•Integrate visual and instrumented gait analysis into treatment planning and clinical decision-making.
•Contribute to program development, quality improvement, research and physician education.
