Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their personal functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work seamlessly with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on ongoing therapy techniques to encourage continuous progress at home.
• Track and Record Patient Progress: Document clinical outcomes meticulously and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure patients remain on a successful path.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuing education and additional certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
