Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. Key Responsibilities Operate a forklift safely to move and transport materials throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks, pallets, and incoming shipments. Deliver raw materials and packaging supplies to production and compounding departments. Move finished products to designated storage and shipping areas. Verify material labels, quantities, and locations. Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization. Follow safety procedures, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Maintain accurate material movement records and complete required paperwork. Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized. Communicate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to ensure materials are available when needed. Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience required or preferred, depending on the position. Valid forklift certification, if required by the employer. Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read labels, verify quantities, and complete basic documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to lift materials and stand or walk for extended periods as required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
