Mid-Level DevSecOps

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Mid-Level DevSecOps para atuar em um projeto estratégico de transformação digital em uma das maiores empresas de telecomunicações do Brasil. Essa pessoa fará parte da construção de uma nova plataforma de pagamentos, responsável pelo processamento de milhares de transações por minuto por meio de diferentes meios de pagamento, como Pix, cartão de crédito e boleto, utilizando uma arquitetura cloud-native escalável, segura e eficiente.
Procuramos alguém apaixonado por automação, infraestrutura e segurança, que queira contribuir para a evolução das práticas de DevSecOps e da cultura de engenharia. Esta também é uma excelente oportunidade para profissionais com experiência em desenvolvimento Java que desejam fazer a transição para uma carreira em DevSecOps.
Responsabilidades
Desenvolver e evoluir pipelines de CI/CD com foco em automação, segurança e qualidade.
Implementar e manter infraestrutura como código (IaC) utilizando Terraform .
Contribuir para a construção e evolução de ambientes cloud-native escaláveis e resilientes.
Implementar práticas de DevSecOps ao longo de todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento de software.
Configurar, monitorar e responder a alertas e incidentes de segurança.
Garantir a conformidade dos ambientes com padrões de segurança e melhores práticas do mercado.
Atuar em parceria com equipes de desenvolvimento, plataforma e segurança para promover melhoria contínua.
Pesquisar e adotar novas tecnologias, ferramentas e práticas voltadas à automação, infraestrutura e segurança.
Requisitos para este desafio
Experiência com ferramentas de automação e desenvolvimento de scripts.
Conhecimento em práticas de DevSecOps e segurança no ciclo de desenvolvimento.
Experiência na construção e manutenção de pipelines de CI/CD .
Experiência com Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizando Terraform .
Conhecimento em plataformas e arquiteturas Cloud Native .
Experiência com Kubernetes e orquestração de containers.
Conhecimento em monitoramento, gestão de incidentes e controles de segurança.
Conhecimento em boas práticas de segurança, governança e conformidade.
Vivência em ambientes colaborativos e multidisciplinares.
Experiência com desenvolvimento Java ou interesse em atuar na transição para DevSecOps.

Experiência com Azure e Azure DevOps .
Conhecimento em FinOps e otimização de custos em cloud.
Experiência com testes de código Terraform .
Conhecimento em Policy as Code .
Experiência com observabilidade, métricas e dashboards de aplicações.
Vivência com ferramentas de análise de vulnerabilidades e gestão de dependências.
Utilização de Inteligência Artificial Generativa para acelerar atividades de desenvolvimento e operações.
Experiência em ambientes de alta disponibilidade e aplicações críticas.
