Shift Schedule: Day 3x12-Hour (06:30 - 19:00)

Location:Apple Valley, CA 92307

*START TIMES RANGE FROM 0630 TO 0930 DEPENDING ON NEED - END TIMES RANGE FROM 1900-2300 DEPENDING ON NEED*

MUST RECEIVE CONFIRMATION IN WRITING THAT CLINICIAN UNDERSTANDS SCHEDULE

The shifts are as follows:
0630-1900
0630-1900, with on call 1900-2300
0930-2200
1030-2300

Weekend and Holiday call
0700-1900
0700-0700

We do cover 7 days a week, so there will be weekend shifts.

The shifts are in ADDITION to on call. So, she may work just 3 shifts in one week and she may have a week where she works 3 days in one week and also has an on call day, so she would technically be scheduled 4 days in one week.

Types of Cases Preferred: Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, ENT, Robotic assisted Gynecological procedures, SPD experience preferred, outpatient exp
Years of experience REQ: 2 years
First-timers accepted: Yes
BLS REQ: Yes
Is on-call REQ? Yes. As needed
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes. To Outpatient Surgery Pavilion as needed, 3 OR suites.

Locals accepted: Yes. Local Radius is 50 miles - please reach out to AM for local rate
RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
Special Requirements: Da Vinci Xi
