Business Analyst IV

Leading various analysis and interpretation efforts, the full-time remote Business Analyst IV will focus on healthcare claims data analysis, process improvements, and user acceptance testing to enhance operational performance and drive business initiatives. Key responsibilities Lead the support of business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of various systems Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements Perform detailed analysis on projects, ensuring successful implementation of business solutions and process revisions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 6+ years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access Demonstrated experience analyzing healthcare claims data and driving process improvements Project management experience is preferred
