Senior Legal Counsel

A global leader in critical infrastructure cybersecurity is seeking a remote Senior Commercial Counsel. The company's innovative technology is trusted by more than 1,700 organizations, governments, and institutions globally. As they continue to grow, they need legal leadership that can move with the business while protecting their customers, reputation, and mission.

As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will be a strategic partner and a trusted advisor across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own negotiations for high-value commercial agreements including SaaS, OEM, and MSAs.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve commercial playbooks and contract templates.
• Deliver practical, business-aligned legal guidance.
• Develop and roll out legal training.
• Provide compliance advice.

Qualifications

• 10 - 15 years of legal experience in commercial transactions, ideally within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active bar membership in good standing in the state where you reside.
