Selador International is hiring multiple Sales & Events Associates to represent charitable campaigns at live events and high-traffic locations throughout Baton Rouge.

This is a hands-on, in-person role where you’ll be out at events across the city, engaging with the public face-to-face, presenting campaigns with confidence, and encouraging people to sign up and support causes that make a real impact.

Baton Rouge has no shortage of energy, from game days and festivals to packed weekends at local shopping and dining spots. It’s the perfect setting to sharpen your sales skills, gain live events experience, and grow alongside a motivated, supportive team.

No previous sales or events experience is required. Full training is provided, and several positions are available for immediate start.

What You’ll Be Doing

Every event brings something new.

One day you could be working a lively community event, and the next you’re running a campaign stand in one of Baton Rouge’s busiest public spaces. Wherever you are, your goal is to grab attention, start engaging conversations, present the campaign clearly, and confidently guide people toward getting involved.

You’ll be the face of every campaign you represent, using your energy and people skills to turn quick conversations into real results. Along the way, you’ll learn proven sales and presentation techniques, build confidence speaking with all kinds of people, and gain experience in how successful live campaigns are delivered.

You’ll work closely with experienced team leaders, receive daily coaching, and have clear opportunities to grow as your skills develop.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Representing charitable campaigns at live events and high-footfall locations across Baton Rouge
• Approaching members of the public and starting friendly, confident conversations
• Presenting campaign information in a clear, persuasive, and engaging way
• Encouraging and guiding people through signing up to support the campaign
• Working towards individual and team sign-up goals
• Supporting event setup, campaign displays, and day-to-day logistics
• Maintaining professional presentation and campaign standards at every event
• Taking part in daily coaching, team briefings, and professional development
