Available Schedule:

1. Full-time; Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri 3:30p-8:15p Every other Sat/Sun 9a-9p
2. Full-time Awake Overnight; Sun 9p-8:15a Mon 11p-8:45a Tue 11p-8:15a Every other Sat 9p-9a
3. Full-time Awake Overnight; Week1: Wed 11p-8:45a Thurs 11p-8:15a Fri 9p-9a Sat 9p-9a Weeks: Wed 11p-8:45a Thurs 11p-8:15a Fri 9p-9a

This position requires a valid drivers license held for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevitas insurability policy.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
